Your industry knowledge and approved data are our starting point.

01 / DATA PARTNERSHIPS

Build a recurring revenue stream

Your customers’ everyday work can help AI learn an industry: how a repair gets planned, a shipment gets recovered, or an account gets reconciled. We identify data you can license and prepare it for AI teams developing those capabilities.

Gaia turns approved material into training environments. We handle preparation, testing, and buyer development. Ongoing licenses and agreed updates can create recurring revenue for your business, with your share and permitted uses set out in our agreement.

02 / DOMAIN-SPECIFIC AGENTS

Put industry expertise to work

That industry knowledge also helps us train agents for your customers. We use Gaia to recreate their work, train models to carry it out, and test results with people who know the job. A repair planner, an accounting assistant, or an exception-handling agent starts with your customers’ needs. Your project also includes a reusable benchmark: real tasks and a consistent way to compare future agents.

Deployment follows evidence. That may mean a tool for your internal team, an assistant alongside your product, or an integration your engineers approve. We don’t begin by asking you to hand over your roadmap.

FIRST ENGAGEMENT

A clear scope
A first result to evaluate

  1. 01

    Describe your software

Who uses it? What work runs through it? Where do experienced people still make decisions? No customer records needed at this stage.

  2. 02

    Check fit and permissions

Identify a useful task and candidate source material. Review access, customer commitments, confidentiality, and proposed uses before sharing anything sensitive.

  3. 03

    Agree on a first project

Set scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, and a standard for evaluating results. Keep cost and integration effort visible.

  4. 04

    Review before expanding

Examine a sample or agent evaluation together. Continue only when technical results and business terms justify more work.

Questions we expect
you to ask

Why partner with Praevideo rather than sell data ourselves?

We turn your data into AI training products and handle buyer relationships. You share in licensing revenue and stay focused on your software.

Will you help someone replicate our product?

No. We won’t license your data to direct competitors or authorize its use to replicate your product. We agree with you on approved buyers and uses before sharing anything.

Does hosting data mean we can license it?

We don’t assume that it does. Customer agreements, third-party material, confidentiality, and applicable privacy obligations need review. Source access and permission to train or distribute are separate questions.

Do you need access to production?

Not to begin a conversation. Any later access must be agreed for a specific purpose. A training project should start with an isolated environment and appropriately prepared material, not an agent acting freely in a customer’s system.

What do we get paid?

Our data partnership model shares licensing revenue with you. The agreement sets your share, payment terms, permitted uses, and responsibilities for any ongoing updates. Revenue depends on signed buyer contracts and their terms. Agent development and ongoing support are priced separately.
